Hi everyone, my name is Joi, and I'm a makeup artist, and today I'm going to show you what the best concealers are for oily skin. So basically with oily skin you want to make sure that you're getting something that's thick enough that's not going to slide around on the skin. So we're going to use a cream concealer and after that we're going to cover with powder. So we're going to take our cream concealer and the reason that we are using a cream, as I said, is so that it doesn't slide around, it's thick enough because if you have oily skin, you know that by midday or the end of the day, your makeup tends to move around a little bit and the oil seeps through. So we put our concealer on here and the cream is a thick enough consistency so the oil is not able to overpower it. So you still get your coverage. So application as usual is making sure that we've blended. The edges, pressed it into the skin if necessary. And then the most important step for someone with oily skin is to set that with the powder. So we're taking our finishing powder and we're just lightly dusting over it. OK. And you want to use a light motion so that you don't make it move. You want it to stay exactly where you put it. Add another layer if you need to. And then you've got a good barrier against that oil coming through and making your concealer go where you don't want it to go. So when everything is done, you should have a nice, smooth, matte surface. Not necessarily dull. If you've added so much powder to counteract the oil that it looks dry, then you've done a little bit too much. You can fix that by taking a sponge, a lightly damp sponge and just pressing it on the skin. Otherwise you're good to go. So I hope this helped you all out and thanks for watching, guys. My name is Joi. Bye.
