Hi, I'm Erin Hendley, Professional Makeup Artist, and today I'm here to tell you the best brands that are good for combination to oily skin. I'm a firm believer that not one brand specific is good for all different skin types. And even one dedicated to oily skin to combination skin in particular aren't going to have the best products within all around. So, from different brands, we're going to pick products that have the best of the best. And to start out with oily or combination skin, the first thing that we need to do is to prime. Smashbox has a very great primer. It has silicone and silica in it and those two ingredients are what makes oily and combination skin repairable. So, what we're going to do is just put it with our fingers or a sponge, little bit at a time and really work it into the T-zone which are the areas of the face that gets the most oily. And so, the silicone and silica absorb the sweat and oil and they also just create a nice barrier between the skin that produces the oils and the actual face. So, the makeup is not really touching the skin, which also creates oils on our face. So, we have it in the T-zone and that's step number one when we consider how to prevent the oils. After that, if you wear foundation, put that on and once you have foundation on, if you don't and you just go bare face, that A-okay, a lot of women do. Then, we're going to take a setting powder.
